I found it fairly easy to use once one gets used to it. The ICEMEDX team are very responsive to our needs and have been able to adapt the system for our use in the OB/GYN clinics to a large extent, especially in the antenatal clinic … In summary, it is a user friendly and adaptable system.
The product afforded me the opportunity to quickly check my patients' record thereby obviating the need to request for all the case files of patients which is usually cumbersome for both the record keepers and Nurses. Also, I could easily notice my patients in the clinic via the software without having to look for them physically.
